Whipped Cannabutter
An excellent base for all your infused recipes.The base of any good infused recipe is high quality butter. Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser can make delicious cannabutter in less than an hour!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Melted Butter
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 oz Cannabis
- 1 tbsp Lecithin
Instructions
- Decarboxylate herbs in a preheated oven at 250 Degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Place herbs into infuser.
- Pour melted butter and water into Herbal Infuser so that the 2 cup minimum line is reached.
- Add in 1 tablespoon of soy or sunflower lecithin.
- Replace top of infuser and plug machine in.
- Select Mighty Fast 1 (45 minute) or Mighty Fast 2 cycle (90 minute).
- When cycle is complete, unplug machine and carefully remove lid.
- Strain contents.
- Allow butter to firm in refrigerator and the Mighty Fast Infused whipped butter is ready for use!
